Rules for Owners

A listing must show accurate information: the correct location, realistic photos of the spaces guests will use, current prices and an up-to-date calendar. Each accommodation unit must be entered separately, with its own capacity and prices.

Communication with guests

Respond to enquiries within a reasonable time and provide a specific total price and terms. The agreed terms must not be less favourable than those published in the listing.

Consequences of breaking the rules

Inaccurate information, third-party photos used without permission or misuse of enquiries may result in the listing being hidden and, in cases of repeated violations, the account being suspended with the reason stated.
