An enquiry is not a reservation

Sending an enquiry through the platform does not constitute a confirmed reservation or an accommodation contract. Guests arrange all terms of the stay, payment and cancellation directly with the accommodation owner.

Responsibility for listing content

The accommodation owner is responsible for the accuracy of the information in a listing. The platform reserves the right to hide or remove a listing that violates the rules and to suspend a user account while stating the reason.

Membership fee

Publishing a property is charged through an annual membership fee (EUR 80 per property). The membership fee is invoiced after the listing is activated; an unpaid fee after the deadline results in the listing being deactivated, without its data being deleted.
